This practice is a perfect way to balance out the body after a busy day. It is a wonderful way of taking the tension out of the body, through stretching and focusing on the deeper connective tissues. Most people have more free time in the evening, allowing them to feel less rushed in their practice. Yin yoga will allow you to prepare your mind and body for sleep.
